  • Responsibilities

    Based in downtown Los Angeles, the Consultant will manage HR systems and provide reporting and analytics support to the firm.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Managing Workday system and business process configurations, system and data maintenance, and content management;
    • Consulting with internal leaders to understand needs, provide best practice guidance, and execute major projects such as open enrollment and annual performance review
    • Provide support to ongoing Workday implementation projects, including creating scripts, testing, data validation
    • Providing customer service, instruction, and support to HR system users;
    • Serving as a subject matter expert and resource to HR team members and external business units;
    • Initiating and implementing process improvements
    • Performing company-wide special projects as assigned
    • Ensuring data integrity and quality assurance


    • Minimum two years of Workday experience: strong knowledge of HCM; experience with Talent and Performance preferred.
    • Knowledge of Workday configurations: business processes, condition rules, security, report writing
    • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations preferred;
    • Demonstrated skills in understanding and adhering to policies, procedures and operating controls to ensure consistency and timeliness of execution;
    • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks; and
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

    Bachelor’s degree is required.
