    • Manage Oaktree’s client data in the CRM system (Salesforce), including processing new accounts, wire instructions, transfers and changes to client data;
    • Manage and process mass e-mail communications for clients and prospects, which involves working with HTML e-mail templates;
    • Manage client account and fund related document publishing and reporting on Oaktree’s client portal and client access database;
    • Partner with our offshore business process outsourcing team to facilitate client portal requests and review outputs;
    • Maintain data quality by performing routine reconciliations and maintenance in the CRM system and Wire Portal to standardize data and resolve discrepancies; and
    • Administer user training and provide support to CRM users.


    • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in financial services;
    • Prior experience with a CRM data management system, preferably Salesforce, and with mass email tools, including those that use HTML templates;
    • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks;
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
    • Independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workloads for self and others; and
    • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
