    The Administrative Assistant will support several senior investment professionals.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Scheduling travel arrangements including airline, car, and hotel and preparing detailed itineraries as needed;
    • Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls and mail;
    • Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and conference calls;
    • Meeting and greeting guests and setting up conference rooms;
    • Maintaining the internal database and reviewing and managing expense reports;
    • Assisting in processing quarterly client letters and correspondence;
    • Filing, faxing and copying; and
    • Performing other tasks as required.


    • 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives within a fast-paced, high demand environment.
    • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks.
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Office products including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
