    Based in downtown Los Angeles, the Administrator will join the Expense Allocation Group.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting the team in allocating invoices amongst the investing entities based on the Expense Allocation Guidelines;
    • Performing quarterly preparation of research vendor allocation matrices and allocating research vendor related invoices;
    • Understanding the importance of allocating accurately among the entities;
    • Interacting with individuals outside the group to obtain clarity on transactions / invoices, when necessary;
    • Understanding the various ways in which payments are classified for accounting purposes and recognizing the differences when processing invoices;
    • Preparing bank account transfers and wires to move cash so Accounts Payable can make vendor disbursements; and
    • Assisting in opening, closing and tracking bank accounts.


    • Minimum 5 years experience in / supporting an accounting group within a financial services firm is preferred; or performing bookkeeping functions;
    • Knowledge of cash reconciliations;
    • Experience working with cash movement;
    • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks; and
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite including Word and Outlook, with an emphasis on Excel.

    Bachelor’s degree desired, preferably in Accounting.
