    Oaktree is seeking an Administrator to work within the NY-based Emerging Markets Opportunities group.


    Responsibilities include:


    • General administrative duties: typing, phones and clerical functions, for the team;
    • Coordinating M.D.’s agenda, itineraries and marketing-related global travel;
    • Writing, reviewing and editing various reports; and re-formatting documents using Word and PowerPoint;
    • Listening to and summarizing conference calls,
    • Administrating, tracking, and coordinating cash management with trading activity;
    • Helping to track corporate actions in coordination with fund accountants, investment analysts and traders;
    • Preparing and drafting investment reports based on analyst and portfolio manager inputs; and
    • Liaising with the Portfolio Analysis and Reporting team to resolve performance reporting discrepancies;




    • 3-5 years of experience within a financial services firm.
    • Outstanding administrative, clerical, typing and written communication skills.
    • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    • A strong interest in finance.
