    We are looking to hire an individual who will report to the Head of Marketing Strategy & Research to aid in further enhancing and developing internal reporting, analytics and business strategy for the Marketing Department.  The Marketing Strategy & Research team is responsible for executing on all of Marketing’s initiatives, working alongside the Global Head and Regional Heads of Marketing.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Prepare fundraising reporting and analytics (e.g., Commitment Summaries & Pipeline Reports, Interim & Post-close Activity Reports)
    • Perform Relative Return analyses for our open-end (institutional and retail), evergreen, and closed-end funds.
    • Prepare associated reporting and participate in departmental strategic planning sessions for purposes of informing senior management’s decision making, CRM system development and implementation
    • Conduct data manipulation, extraction and analysis from external databases, including, but not limited to Preqin, eVestment, FinSearch, Morningstar, Lipper
    • Develop and prepare of presentations for Board and senior leadership meetings
    • Manage and coordinate of outsourced data providers
    • Perform other tasks and project work as assigned


    • 2-3 years of experience at an Asset Management company, Investment Bank or other related financial services company is required
    • Strong analytical background and conceptual skills
    • Familiarity with key databases, including Preqin, eVestment, Morningstar, and Lipper. Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory
    • Experience managing and manipulating large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel
    • Proven track record working with individuals across various disciplines including Marketing, product specialists, portfolio managers, and IT teams to understand and define reporting requirements
    • Experience analyzing financial data and metrics with sufficient familiarity to recognize potential issues
