    Based in downtown Los Angeles, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Information Technology team.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls, faxes and mail;
    • Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and conference calls;
    • Scheduling travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries as needed;
    • Reviewing, preparing and managing expense reports;
    • Logging and tracking of invoices and order requisition;
    • Providing assistance with the budgeting process;
    • Drafting correspondence and memos, and assisting in preparing presentations;
    • Fielding Help Desk correspondence;
    • Maintaining the filing system; and
    • Performing other administrative tasks as required.


    • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting executives within a mid to large size firm;
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
    • Strong working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
    • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks.
