    Based in downtown Los Angeles, the Compliance Analyst will assist in compliance monitoring to ensure accounts are invested in accordance with client guidelines, internal policies and procedures and regulatory law.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Performing daily trade reviews and analysis;
    • Liaising with Investment Professionals on trading and portfolio related matters on a real time basis;
    • Conducting reviews to ensure securities data accuracy;
    • Preparing and communicating client compliance reporting and inquiries;
    • Assisting and reviewing portfolio compliance surveillance reports;
    • Assisting in client on-boarding and writing automated compliance rules in BlackMountain;
    • Assisting in the compliance program for the BDCs;
    • Preparing and liaising with the Board of Directors and Executive Officers of the BDCs; and
    • Assisting in ad-hoc global investment compliance projects.


    • 2-3 years compliance and/or accounting experience within the financial services industry;
    • Previous Investment Compliance experience preferred;
    • General knowledge of securities;
    • Technology solution implementation skills; and
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
