Based in downtown Los Angeles, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Valuation Group department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, tracking and maintaining documents/database(s); following-up to obtain information as necessary;
  • Organizing and managing various files;
  • Processing and allocation of consulting invoices;
  • Prepare materials and presentations for valuation committee meetings, executives and meetings;
  • Managing calendars, including scheduling meetings and conference calls;
  • Working independently on special projects under general direction of management; and
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting multiple executives within a professional services firm;
  • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks; and
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
