    Oaktree is looking to hire a senior compensation analyst to work within the Human Resources function at Oaktree. This is an expansion role.


    The individual’s responsibilities will include:

    • Participate in the development, deployment and administration of compensation plans that are fair, competitive, supportive of organizational strategies and compliant with company direction, local laws, pay equity or other statutory requirements
    • Partner with the Head of Compensation to analytically execute annual compensation processes including, but not limited to, compensation program design, budgeting, implementation of new programs and other ad-hoc requests
    • Help manage the annual year-end compensation planning process, partnering with HR business partners and other colleagues to facilitate recommendations and pay actions
    • Calculate the financials involved with the overall program, coordinating with finance departments for preparing accurate compensation modelling, and monitoring all changes to program accordingly
    • Conduct benchmarking analyses using external market surveys; Working with external providers and consultants on internal data submissions
    • Partner with the Talent team to craft communications related to annual compensation planning, compensation analyses and related initiatives
    • Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Manage regular internal FLSA job audits
    • Works with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that relevant systems meet compensation needs and coordinates with Compensation Administrator on updating systems with final information





    • A minimum 3-5 years or more of post-college experience in internal compensation-related role or compensation consulting
    • Results and detail oriented/driven, with strong analytical, organizational, and consultancy skills; Ability to draw conclusions, themes, and trends from data analysis and communicate results effectively
    • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment with a high level of dedication and commitment to quality work product
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under time constraints, managing to due dates and timelines
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; Analytical experience strongly preferred (e.g., numerical research, data analysis, Excel modeling)
    • Working knowledge of Workday and/or Payfactors software platforms a plus
