Responsibilities

Based in downtown Los Angeles, the Analyst will manage HR systems and provide reporting and analytics support to the firm.

  

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Workday system and business process configurations, system and data maintenance, and content management;
  • Ensuring data integrity and quality assurance;
  • Overseeing the integration and implementation of HR technology;
  • Developing and generating reports and presentations containing insightful analytics;
  • Consulting with HR and external business stakeholders on technology issues, business requirements, and user adoption;
  • Reviewing and updating the narratives that outline key SOX controls, responding to audit and RFP requests, preparing sample documentation for walkthroughs and testing, and ensuring SOX compliance for HRIS processes;
  • Providing customer service, instruction, and support to HR system users;
  • Providing security and password management support;
  • Writing and updating standard operating procedures;
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and resource to HR team members and external business units;
  • Initiating and implementing best practices and process improvements; and
  • Performing company-wide special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of HR operations experience within a professional firm;
  • In-depth experience with Workday required;
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations preferred;
  • Demonstrated skills in understanding and adhering to policies, procedures and operating controls to ensure consistency and timeliness of execution;
  • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks; and
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Education

Bachelor’s degree is required.

HR certification is preferred.
